I'm a newlywed and determined to not gain the 15 pounds of love lbs that some say come with the first year of marriage...or is that college? Follow me on my journey of wifeyism.
I am so happy for you, really...I am SO JEALOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have lost 3 lbs in 2 weeks...its discouraging!! But I'm still in it. What do you think about japanese food?? JApanese people usually aren't fat are they??? again- way to go I-Da-Ho!!!
Your blogging and stories and success make me smile, BB. I'm so proud of you!!!!!!!!! Kick ass...and seriously, I bet Bob is just as bad as Maury Windsor- the Pilates BITCH who used to make me contort my body into some of the weirdest positions and then ask me, "Doesn't that stretch feel great?" NO bitch, that doesn't feel great. I don't care how much my legs jiggle- the last thing I want to do is lay on the floor, put my toes together, lift my toes off the ground, and open and close my damn knees like a crab...GROSS. And weird. And strangely pornographic. I spent many a day screaming at Maury to go places no good Catholic girl should have suggested her to go.
Sorry- long comment- just wanted to let you know you are in GOOD company, exercise videos (and thoughts of deliciousness) are evil, evil, evil...
10 punds in two weeks is awesome, Megan! Wow, wow, wow! I kept to my commitment this week and have managed to GAIN a half a pound.... I'm not giving up though - thanks to you. :)
Glad to hear you are staying above the yellow line. The oatmeal bars must be working and working out with Bob. Stay with the program. 10 pounds - WOOHOO!!!
Way to go!!!10 pounds is awesome.I joined the gym here in the Boro in August. I haven't lost any weight...stayed the same. Is it really true muscle weighs more than fat??? I still have(and think I always will have) this fat gut from having big babies. Proud of you keep it up!!
